How it works

From council approval to the homeowner's letterbox in your name - usually within a few days of approval, before they've chosen their trades.

  1. 1

    We spot the job

Every morning at 7am we scan the NSW Planning Portal for newly lodged and approved DAs, CDCs and construction certificates and match them to your trade.

  2. 2

You pick the jobs you want

At 7:30am you get one email with the new jobs in your area. One tap claims a job - shared with at most one other tradie, or exclusive to you.

  3. 3

    We post your letter

A professional letter with your logo, licence details and intro goes to the homeowner straight away. A second letter with your local success stories follows on day 7.

  4. 4

    The homeowner calls you

They hear from you right when they're choosing who to hire - not after they've been flooded with quotes from lead websites.

Better than shared lead websites

Typical lead websites

  • Same lead sold to 3-5 tradies
  • Homeowner is already shopping around
  • You race to call first
  • Pay for leads that go nowhere

Tradie Leads NSW

  • At most 2 tradies per trade - or 1 if you go exclusive
  • You reach them as soon as the job is approved
  • A letter in your name, with your logo and reviews
  • Pick only the jobs you want; each job is locked for 6 months

Simple pricing

$99/month membership plus the cost of each letter you choose to send. Every letter price includes high-quality printing, direct postage, and the Day 7 follow-up brochure. No lock-in contracts.

Questions tradies ask

Where does the job information come from?

From the NSW Government's Planning Portal open data - the same public register of development applications, complying development certificates and construction certificates that councils publish. We check it every morning.

Will the homeowner think the letter is from council?

No. Every letter clearly comes from your business, not from council or the NSW Government. It simply mentions that you noticed their project was approved and that you're a local company working in their local neighbourhood.

What has to be on the letter?

NSW law requires building trade ads to show the licensee's name, licence number and category, and a business phone number. We collect these when you sign up and print them on every letter automatically.

Which trades and areas do you cover?

All of NSW. At launch: swimming pools & spas, driveways & concreting, landscaping, retaining walls & fencing, and decks, pergolas & outdoor living.

What does "shared" and "exclusive" mean?

Shared means at most two tradies in your trade can claim the same job. Exclusive means you're the only one - it's available only while nobody else in your trade has claimed that job. Either way, the job is locked to you for 6 months.

Why don't you show the job details here?

To protect homeowner privacy and our subscribers, this public page only shows job counts and search areas. As an active subscriber, you get full project data in your daily 7:30am email - including the complete address, suburb, council, scope of works, and estimated project value - giving you everything you need to assess whether you want to post your letters.
